We’re able to call upon our extensive knowledge and present offers on any property that a vendor may have previously struggled to sell. We assess the needs of the vendor and work on a solution that ensures they come out with what they want when trying to sell their property.
We see so many properties that are in desperate need of some TLC. Often, these houses are left in that condition, meaning that tenants continue live in poor quality housing. As a result, this leads to numerous problems for both the tenant and the landlord.
We want to change this by bringing these properties up to modern standards whilst exceeding the quality of a vast majority of rental properties. This provides better housing for the local population. All while reducing the number of problems that can occur in these properties which give the tenants a greater quality of life.
Chris is an award-winning property investor and has been a landlord for nearly 10 years. He has recently undergone a 12-month intensive “Property Mastermind” course which has extended his knowledge massively. Whilst on this programme, Chris won the top performer award for the 12 months which was voted for by his peers.
This experience allows us to negotiate deals with vendors successfully based on their circumstances and find opportunities that many other investors will miss. It’s also connected us with some extremely highly regarded people within the property industry who often meet to discuss the property market as a whole. This ensures that we keep on top of our game and continue to innovate.
At home, Chris is a family man with his loving wife and children. He spends as much time as possible with them whilst also keeping fit by getting his running trainers on and making the most of the fantastic scenery Devon has to offer.
Ed has also been a landlord for nearly 10 years. During this time, he has bought and sold several properties. He has also undergone specialist property investing training. This training, coupled with being a chartered accountant, gives him an exceptional talent for making sure that any deal stacks up, as well as ensuring our business is financially sound while our investors are looked after.
Ed is a dedicated family man. He spends his spare time raising his young daughter and taking their beagle on long walks around the beautiful countryside that surrounds us.
